One of the advantages of the house is its practicality: the rooms are cool in summer when it’s hot.
It is also very popular for its location:
- very quiet impasse away from the noise of the city;
- very lively neighbourhood;
- many restaurants, bars and terraces along the Erdre as you exit the impasse;
- proximity to the tram and city center;
- possibility to park in the impasse.

Places of interest near the accommodation:
- Emporieto: go discover the Italian restaurant of the impasse. These products are delicious and its cuisine tasty!
- Café de l'ile also very nice.
- Marché de Talensac: the Nantais love to do their market in Talensac. Nice covered market. If the weather is nice, buy some shrimp, a small cheese or tapas at the market, sit down on the terrace of a cafe, order a glass of wine and enjoy!
- Ile de Versailles: small island on the Erdre, ideal for a small digestive walk or with children (small park with children’s games). This island is famous for its Japanese garden. Enter the house of Erdre (exhibitions and aquarium). You will also find a rental of canoes and electric boats for a ride on one of the most beautiful rivers in France.
- Pretty walk, jogging or cycling along the Erdre: when you leave the house, go left along the Erdre for a walk on foot, running or cycling. It’s up to you whether you want to do 1,2,5 or 15 km! If you do not want to return by the same way, take a bridge and do not come back the other side of the river; and many more...
