The pool area is complemented by an annexe offering an independent setting, as well as a covered patio with a large table and garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dining.
Upstairs, a vast, light-filled living room opens out onto the ocean, providing a spectacular setting for relaxing and socialising. The modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen is designed to combine aesthetics and practicality. The dining room, with its large reception table, invites you to enjoy a warm meal, while the lounge extends onto a large terrace and balcony with sea views, perfect for savouring the beauty of the landscape.

THE BEDROOMS
On the ground floor, the first bedroom has a king-size double bed, a bathroom with shower and bath and a private terrace with sea view. The second bedroom has a double king-size bed, a dressing area, a bathroom with shower and bath and a private terrace with sea views. The third bedroom has a king-size double bed, en suite shower room, television and direct access to the swimming pool. Two separate toilets complete this level.
On the first floor, a TV room converted into a bedroom with a 2 x 1m bed completes the sleeping area. This room has a shower room and separate toilet.
In the pool-side annex, a fifth bedroom with a king-size double bed and en suite shower room and toilet provides a separate space.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned except the one on the 1st floor.
THE "PLUS"
A lift provides easy access to the different levels, particularly for bringing up shopping from the garage.

A large garage can accommodate two cars, and off-street parking is also available.
