About This Property
The CANOPÉE villa located between sea and lake in the most popular area of Hossegor is a true haven of peace. Nestled in the middle of pine trees, and built entirely of wood, it blends perfectly into the Landes landscape and offers high-end services.
THE LIVING SPACE
On the ground floor of the house, a reception area opens onto the terrace equipped with a large outdoor table for your summer meals. A beautiful dining room and an open kitchen with central island also give access to the terrace.
For privacy, you can enjoy the TV lounge, library and office area.
The heated swimming pool* and its wooden beach will please both children and adults for moments of relaxation in the sun.
THE BEDROOMS
The master suite located on the ground floor of the house opens onto the terrace and consists of a Kingsize bed, a large shower room with toilet and a spacious dressing room with plenty of storage.
On the lower level you will find two other suites each equipped with a shower room, one with a Queensize bed and the other with two twin beds.
Upstairs, a children’s room overlooking the pool offers two twin beds as well as an en-suite bathroom and toilet.

Its proximity to the beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

You can park several vehicles within the property, parking is also easy on the street.

You can enjoy beautiful walks around the lake of Hossegor located 500m from the villa and reach the beach of La Gravière just 450m. Hossegor city centre, shops, market and restaurants are 2 km away.
