The apartment is a recently renovated duplex with two balconies in a typical Lisbon building located in the quiet Graça neighbourhood, in the heart of historic Lisbon, renowned for its panoramic views of the city.
The apartment, located on the second floor without a lift, is bathed in light and comprises:
1st level with balcony: open-plan kitchen (fully equipped) opening onto the living room and dining room.
2nd level: 2 bedrooms with balcony and 1 bathroom/WC.
The neighbourhood offers a wide choice of restaurants (Portuguese, pizzerias, Indian, Nepalese, crêperies, etc.), pastelarias, tea rooms and brunch spots, and numerous terraces.
The neighbourhood has all the amenities you need: supermarkets, grocery stores, newsagents, etc.
For lovers of live music (jazz, bossa, fado, rock, etc.), there are 3 bars offering simple meals while you listen to music.
