Located on the elevated ground floor, it features a welcoming entrance that opens into a cozy living room (relaxing sofa, flat-screen TV) and a dining area perfect for sharing delicious moments.

Unleash your culinary talents in the kitchen area equipped with everything you need to prepare delightful vacation dishes: 2 ceramic hobs, a hood, a multifunction microwave, a NESPRESSO coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and even a dishwasher... not to mention the pantry with a refrigerator and freezer section!
For peaceful nights, there’s a cozy bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a closet, as well as a cabin area with 2 bunk beds of 90 cm.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and an electric towel warmer, along with a separate toilet for added comfort.
Upon waking, breathe in the fresh sea air and settle on the balcony to enjoy a peaceful breakfast!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
