Located at the entrance of the busy medieval village of St Cyprien, MON CALME and its huge garden of more than 4000m2, offers you a bucolic and relaxing environment. It is hard to believe that the shops, restaurants, tennis court and sublime Sunday market are easily accessible on foot, less than 800m away. Leave the car at the parking (private of course!) and go for a walk into the medieval streets full of history. Stroll on Sunday morning in the beautiful colorful market known throughout the region. Be tempted by the local gastronomy in one of the many restaurants of the village before quietly returning on foot. Relax by the beautiful pool on your return from so many excursions that offers the immediate surroundings, while contemplating the trees in the garden to the corners so romantic. Sip a glass of Bergerac or Monbazillac comfortably seated in the garden lounge ... In a word: enjoy your holidays because this is where they begin!

INSIDE LAYOUT

Steeped in history with its stone walls and exposed beams, MON CALME harmoniously combines the charm of the past and modern comfort.

Organized on two levels, the house offers on the ground floor:
* A spacious living room elegantly furnished with two sofas, armchairs, coffee table, dresser, television and internet.
* A small dining area with a beautiful oval wooden table and six seats
* A kitchen that although small is perfectly equipped to cook the good products of Périgord brought from the nearby market.

From the living room, the wooden staircase leads to the first floor where are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms :
* The plum room offering a double 160cm wide bed, a large storage cupboard and a wardrobe space.
* It has a private bathroom with vanity unit and tiled shower.
* Separate toilets are immediately accessible on the landing.
* The green room comes with two boats 90cm wide beds, a beautiful wooden wardrobe and a small desk.
* The blue room, also offers two single 90cm wide beds and a wardrobe.
* These two rooms share a beautiful bathroom completely renovated, with double vanity washing basins, tiled walk-in shower and toilet.
* The last and fourth grey bedrooms is set at the end of the corridor. It is furnished with a double 160cmx200cm bed, bedside tables, a closet/ wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
* It also benefits from an ensuite shower room with vanity unit and walk-in shower; as well as separate toilets.

For our younger guests, two travel cot with thick mattress, two high chairs and even a modern stroller are available prior simple request.

OUTSIDE:

Although the house has an undeniable charm, its exteriors will seduce you as well:
* The vast garden of more than 4.000m2 offers a huge lawn, perfect for balloon games, and multiple corners more romantic than each other, promises of farniente and invitation to daydream, in the shade of the centenary willow and on the banks of the small ru that winds along the side of the garden.
* Its covered terrace at the front of the house is equipped with a table and 8 seats allowing you to have lunch on outside; and an elegant garden lounge, perfect for extended aperitifs!
* In the heart of the vast garden and around the pool, the summer kitchen offers another dining area, well-kept cool, while keeping little swimmers under surveillance. A charcoal barbecue is available.
* The superb 12mx6m swimming pool is ideal for long afternoons of farniente. Equipped with 8 sunbeds and umbrellas, it is secured by alarm submerged and maintained daily.
* A private parking for three vehicles complete the choice of layout of the property.

The house is adjoining to the house of the friendly but very dicret owner, who manages two other guest rooms. The house is completely private and without vis-à-vis so that nothing will come here disturb your tranquility.
