- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160x200), one single bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A private, unheated swimming pool of approximately 34 m², open from 1 May to 30 September from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., equipped with an underwater alarm - A private terrace of approximately 100 m², facing south with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared, unfenced garden of approximately 3,200 m² The apartment is ideally located in Brignoles, in a characterful 18th-century property nestled on a hill overlooking an oak forest and the valley's vineyards. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park (6 spaces). As the house is surrounded by nature, access is via a road that is mostly tarmac and the rest concrete. Access may be difficult for low-clearance vehicles.

Other remarks: - The flat, terrace and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests and have private entrances - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation or on the property - Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to weather conditions.
