There is a 10 sq m (108 sq ft) enclosed loggia with a lovely view of the port (table and chairs). The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, and dishwasher). The bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm), wardrobe, and TV. The bathroom has a shower, sink, vanity unit, and storage. There is a separate WC. A private parking space (number 40) is included within the residence.
