This spacious loft is composed as follows:

On the ground floor, a vast open-plan living space, combining a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, creating a friendly, flowing atmosphere for meals with family or friends.
The living room is pleasantly appointed and will enable you to relax and enjoy this beautiful, light-filled space. Important information: the television is located upstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, including an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and an adapted dining area.
Large bay windows offer abundant natural light and open onto a private garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the fine weather.

Upstairs, four generously-sized bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and dressing room, guarantee each occupant optimum comfort and total privacy.
A TV lounge area will allow you to relax in a comfortable and carefully decorated space.

- Nearest airport: 20 minutes by car, 1 hour by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around 20 minutes.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

This accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the house and how it works, and hand over the keys. To get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
