- a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day's outing.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

## Emplacement
In winter, Saint-Gervais has two ski areas and over 500 km of pistes in the heart of an exceptional environment. Whether you're a fan of downhill skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring or just snowy landscapes, you're bound to find something to please you. Ski to the BETTEX gondola at the foot of the building.
In summer, Saint-Gervais is a paradise for nature lovers. Hiking, climbing, via-ferrata, swimming, mountaineering, mountain biking, tennis, paragliding, bungee jumping... Young and old alike can take a deep breath of fresh air right in the heart of the mountains and alpine pastures. Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc is not just about sport, it's also about culture and discovery. Two of the region's most renowned Baroque churches, two museums, artists' residences and art exhibitions all year round.
