This recently built 100 m² villa combines contemporary style with high-end comfort. On the ground floor, enjoy a spacious and sunlit living area with an open kitchen, dining space, and lounge — all opening onto a shaded terrace, the Mediterranean garden and the swimming pool.



Upstairs, the villa features three bedrooms with double beds. The master suite includes its own private bathroom, while a second bathroom serves the other two bedrooms.



The decor is minimalist yet warm, with quality finishes and everything you need for a relaxed stay. Outdoors, enjoy a barbecue, dining area, loungers, and the calm of a residential neighborhood.
