The living-dining room is bright and cozy, with direct access to a spacious 45 m² terrace. From here, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Les Gavarres mountains—a landscape that inspires serenity. The property is located in a quiet and private development, with no neighbors to the right and only nature in front. The large plot ensures a completely intimate environment, ideal for disconnecting and recharging. For water lovers, the house features a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with an average depth of 2 m—perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Attached to the house, there is a completely independent apartment with its own private garden and entrance, which is not for rent. This section is entirely separate from the house.
