The house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Cannes, just steps from Rue d'Antibes and just a 10-minute walk from La Croisette and its sandy beaches. The top floor of this house is divided into two duplexes. Please note that it is possible to have other people responsible for the maintenance of the common areas or the ground floor/first floor. Although the house is just a few minutes' walk from all the restaurants, shops, and bars, it benefits from a very quiet street.

In total, they consist of 6 bedrooms, 2 suites (bedroom + bathroom), 4 separate bathrooms, 4 toilets, two fully equipped kitchens, two dining tables for 16 people in total, and two living rooms with sofas. The apartments feature high-quality amenities, and every detail has been carefully considered to allow you to fully enjoy your stay. The apartment is modern in design yet comfortable and welcoming.

- Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6:
The bedrooms are decorated in a modern, elegant, and minimalist design and feature a double bed (160 cm), a closet for hanging clothes and storing suitcases, a chest of drawers for additional storage, a 4K TV, and a desk area.

- Suites 1 and 2 (Bedroom + Bathroom):
The bedrooms are decorated in a modern, elegant, and minimalist design and feature a 140 cm double bed and a 160 cm double bed, a closet for hanging clothes and storing suitcases, a chest of drawers for additional storage, a 4K TV, a desk area, and a designer bathroom.

House Bathrooms:
The four non-suite bathrooms feature a large walk-in shower, a bathroom sink, a heated towel rail, and some include a toilet.

House Kitchens:
Two kitchens have a refrigerator-freezer and a dishwasher. They are fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, pots, pans, cutting boards, sponges, dish soap, etc.
