In a secure tourist residence with a shared pool, this lovely one-bedroom apartment overlooks the river. Through the front door and hallway, you enter the living room opening onto the terrace overlooking the Untxin River. A kitchenette, a dining area, and a lounge area with two sofas, one of which is a 140x190cm sofa bed. The bedroom features a 140x200cm bed. Along the banks of the Untxin, you can walk or cycle to the beach, do your shopping, have a coffee, or buy your morning chocolatines! Free parking is available in front of the residence.
