Welcome to your cozy pied-à-terre in the heart of Nice!
Ideally located just steps away from Place Garibaldi and the Coulée Verte Park, this apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring Nice on foot. You will be in the heart of the city, while enjoying a lively and pleasant neighborhood.
Housing
This small apartment has been carefully decorated and optimized in its smallest corners to offer you maximum comfort in a warm and functional space. Compact but well-designed, it will be perfect for a stay alone or as a couple, for a few days on the French Riviera.
Located on the second floor without an elevator in a typical Nice building, it is arranged as follows:
•A colorful entrance with storage to put your belongings.
•A friendly living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, etc.) and a living room area with dining table, sofa, armchair, Smart TV and Wi-Fi connection.
•A glass partition separates the bedroom from the living room: this brings natural light and a modern and cozy atmosphere.
•The bedroom includes a double bed (140x190) and an adjoining bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning, but an air cooler is present for more comfort in summer.
The neighborhood
The work on the street is now complete: today you will find a lovely landscaped park just across from the building, ideal for a walk or a moment of relaxation in the sun.
Access transport
•Tramway line 1 Garibaldi 5 minutes walk (access to Old Nice, Jean Médecin...).
•Tramway line 2 Garibaldi Le Château 8 minutes walk (direct connection to the airport).
•Old Nice is only 9 minutes walk, and the Promenade des Anglais about 15-20 minutes.
Autonomous arrival
The arrival is entirely autonomous: the keys are to be collected at our SmartBnB agency, located at 18 Defly Street, approximately 8 minutes walk from the accommodation, on the route from the train station or tramway.
This practical solution allows you to arrive independently, at the time that suits you.

Welcome products are provided upon arrival (soap, toilet paper, etc.), but they are not guaranteed for the entire duration of the stay.
