About This Property
Modern single-storey house with plenty of natural light thanks to its large panoramic windows. Located in a residential area just a short walk from Postolonnec beach and coastal paths.
Entrance hall leading to a living room (HD TV, 3-seater sofa, 4 armchairs, connected bluetooth speaker) opening onto a kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob + hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker) giving access to a wooden terrace. Small room next to the kitchen for storing your shopping and equipped with a washing machine.
Bedrooms: 1 master suite (double bed 160x200, chest of drawers + cupboard, TV, en-suite shower room with WC and washbasin), 1 bedroom (bed 140x190 with metal shelving), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 x 190, large cupboard).
1 shower room with walk-in shower, electric towel rail and double washbasin. 1 separate WC with washbasin.
South-west facing garden and terrace. Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and charcoal barbecue.
Parking for up to 3 vehicles.
