On active farm (breeding of calves - ewes), detached house separated into 2 dwellings. Your gite is on the rear facade, south side and meadows. It has its own entrance and private parking. The accommodation on the front facade is currently unoccupied. You will therefore be the only occupants. On the ground floor : - Veranda for your meals in summer, adjoining the summer kitchen (barbecue - plancha - sink) and the enclosed garden. - Laundry room (washing machine - fridge-freezer) Upstairs (access by outside staircase): - Equipped kitchen (vitroceramic hob, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). - Living room (access by spiral staircase from the kitchen or by balcony) = dining area, fireplace / wood insert - Living room (TV, convertible sofa bed for 2 people) - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) each with its office area. Linens provided. Possibility of a cot. - Bathroom, separate wc. - Storage room, another office area with box connected to fiber. Beds made for your arrival. Possibility to rent towels and cleaning option. Gas central heating at an additional cost (package 8 euros/day) and wood provided for the insert.
