Chalet Ellambra is a new 3-storey chalet (delivered in 2025) at the end of a quiet residential street, less than 10 minutes' drive from the centre of Combloux. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms over three storeys, with a total capacity of 12 guests (including 11 adults).

The spacious living area on the top floor is particularly welcoming, with comfortable armchairs and sofas, a central fireplace and plenty of natural light. Large picture windows open onto a balcony with views of the Mont-Blanc mountains.

The modern kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing delicious meals, a double oven which is great if you're cooking for large groups, and a breakfast bar where you can get together for coffee.

Four of the five bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. The three rooms on the middle floor also have access to a wooden terrace. The last room, a delightful family room for six on the garden level, has a double bed and two bunk beds, and is connected to a shower room and separate WC. There are toilets on each floor of the chalet.

There is no television in the living room, but a comfortable TV room has been set up on the garden level. This level also includes the wellness area, with a sauna and steam room for relaxing at the end of the day, as well as a ski room and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Children can play safely in the level garden. Several vehicles can be parked outside Chalet Ellambra.

Please Note - Although there are up to 14 beds in the chalet, the capacity is restricted to 12 (max 11 adults). This ensures that there is plenty of space for everyone, with flexible sleeping arrangements.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
