## Space

Apartment composed of an entrance serving the living room with TV and the equipped kitchen which open onto the terrace facing South-West. Then we access the night area with shower room, separate toilet, a large bedroom with double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. In the corridor which distributes the bedrooms a large wardrobe is there to store your belongings. Air conditioning in the living room exclusively, awning on the terrace, Wifi, Private parking in the basement.

Please note: The swimming pool in this condominium is open from the end of May/beginning of June to the end of September/beginning of October. We are not able to know the precise dates. If the swimming pool is essential for you, please ask us directly and expressly before making any reservation. We also remind you that during your stay the swimming pool may be closed for a few days for maintenance which is not our responsibility. No refunds will be taken into account in the event of closure

## Neighborhood

Nestled to the west of the famous Cap d'Antibes, the seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins reflects the gentle atmosphere of the Riviera. This small, popular town on the Côte d'Azur is home to many luxurious homes: palaces, villas and luxury hotels face the Deep Blue Sea and gardens giving off delicious Provençal scents. We can still make out what this immense pine forest could have been like, bordering fine sandy beaches before transforming into a legendary seaside resort frequented by the artistic elite over the ages. Today, we can still enjoy its beautiful beaches of blond sand or the intimacy of its charming little coves.

It is obviously worth diving into the frenzy of Juan: nightclubs, casinos and nightlife shops make it a paradise for night owls who flock to the bars located on the seafront.

## Transit

You will reach NICE airport in 30 minutes, you can also take advantage of direct bus lines 8, towards Golfe-Juan Vallauris and Fontonne in Antibes, 100, towards Valbonne, A, towards the center of Antibes, 200 towards Nice and Cannes, and 250, towards the airport.

A stone's throw from all shops, beaches, restaurants, transport...

By car:
- NICE airport: 25 minutes
- Antibes City Center: 5 minutes
- Cannes: 10 minutes

Juan les Pins train station at most 10 minutes on foot.
