## Space

The 30m2 flat is fully air-conditioned. It is composed of a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a living room with an open kitchen where you will have a second bed (a rapido convertible sofa in 160cm).
You will be in the most lively area of Juan les Pins.
You will have all the restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.

We can offer you private parking in a residence 400 meters from the flat for a fee of 10€ per day (rare in Juan les Pins).

## Access

You will have access to the whole flat and to the small terrace in front of the flat (entrance side).

A deposit of €500 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. For this we use the secure Swikly online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit. It's just an imprint of your credit card coupled with insurance. All secure.
