- A swimming pool (unheated, double alarm system) is open from May 1 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual depending on weather conditions), with dimensions of 12m x 7m, and its pool house equipped with a barbecue.
- The Jacuzzi is only accessible when the pool is closed (from October to the end of May - opening dates non-contractual, depending on weather conditions). It can accommodate 6 people.
- Table tennis

The property is ideally located in Solomiac, in a very pleasant natural setting. There are many typical villages to discover nearby. A free tennis court in Solomiac is less than 5 minutes' drive away. You'll also find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market nearby.
