Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 80 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 500 m² garden. - A 50 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm weather
- A 500 m² garden, private and partly enclosed

The apartment is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the street opposite.
