PETS ON REQUESTYou must always ask and inform us beforehand of the breed and age of your pet. We will accept your pet, depending on the breed, size and age of your pet and will apply a small supplement per [hidden] damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest.

NO smoking in the apartment and common areas

SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed.

Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.HELP with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt

Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it.

PROHIBITED to host people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, disturbing other guests, loud music

Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion.
