The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure residence overlooking the Riviera capital.



The accommodation is arranged as follows:



- You enter the bright living room with several bay windows to benefit from a bird's-eye view of the city, this room is fully air-conditioned.



- This room includes a lounge area with sofa, armchair, Smart TV, free WiFi connection, it also has a desk as well as a dining area with high table & chairs.



- From the living room, you have access to the veranda with table & chairs to enjoy the view while being sheltered from any bad weather!



- The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, electric hotplates.



- You will also have a separate bedroom with a standard size 140x190 double bed & large storage cupboards. From the bedroom you can easily access your terrace to enjoy sunbathing!



The bedroom has an adjoining bathroom including shower, vanity unit, washing machine & WC.



The products that are made available to you during your stay are welcome products to facilitate your arrival, we do not guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay.



It is preferable to have a vehicle to move around easily during your stay, you will have a closed garage to park your car.
