The Cocoonr / Book&Pay agency offers this charming 50 m² apartment for rent in Royan, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two double beds (140x190), one on the mezzanine floor
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A balcony (approx. 8m²) to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Royan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
- Water sports: paddle, jet-ski or even sailing...
- Boat excursions
- Visit the Bay of Arcachon
- Stroll along the waterfront and downtown
- Beaches

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (numbered space).
