The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 160 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool and mountain views for rent, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 9 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 300 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The single-storey home is made up as follows:
Main house :
- A 50 m² living room with TV and sofas (including a sofa bed)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... dining area and fireplace (wood provided)
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 190) with adjoining bathroom (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160 200)
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds together forming a king-size bed (180x200)
- A bathroom (with shower and toilet)

Studio with master suite :
- Separate entrance
- One queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Small kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private swimming pool (unheated) of 24 m², secure and fenced, open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A beautiful, enclosed, private, south-facing garden of 300 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- An outdoor kitchen with dining area

The house is ideally located in Monticello, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, a market, etc.

- The nearest beach is 3 minutes away by car and 15 minutes on foot.

- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
