The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:

- A comfortable bedroom: king size bed, storage space.
- A fully equipped modern kitchen: dining area with bar table for 4 people, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils.
- A neat bathroom: Italian shower, WC, towel dryer.
You can also enjoy a beautiful outdoor space with a terrace and garden furniture.

🚘 🅿️ Private parking is also at your disposal. Note that the car parks in the region are generally quite narrow and you have to maneuver a little to park.

You have 3 buses at your disposal in front of the apartment that will take you to the city center of Beausoleil at a rate of 1€/1.5€. From there you can do everything on foot
Monaco train station is 12 minutes by car and 29 minutes on foot
You have the possibility to take a taxi when leaving the station, buses - be careful you will not be able to take an UBER in the principality of Monaco
The journey to Nice airport is 32 minutes

A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.

Housekeeping fees include cleaning and linen rental.

Size of the parking spot : The maximum length for your car should be 4.90m and 2.15m wide​ (including side mirrors).
