Located in a large, secure holiday estate in Portiragnes Plage, this air-conditioned corner house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It welcomes you in a friendly setting with a veranda and enclosed terrace, just a 5-minute walk from the sea and shops.

-A bedroom with two single bunk beds (90x190) and mosquito net.

-A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
-Safety gate at the top of the stairs.

3 air-conditioned units: living room, bedroom with balcony and upstairs hallway.

Private parking in front of the garage.
Access to part of the garage for the washing machine, fridge, ironing board and iron, and for your storage.

Small dogs accepted for £20/week (please consult us in advance).

Practical information:
Rental from Saturday to Saturday all year round.
Access to the aquatic complex with heated pools and slides (from June to September – access subject to an additional charge according to the estate's rates, please enquire at the agency).
Entertainment and children's/teenagers' clubs on the estate during the season.
