Nicely decorated 2-room apartment located in the heart of the old town of Nice, just steps away from the Flower Market and the Promenade des Anglais.

The kitchen is fully equipped (hobs, refrigerator, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker), storage.



Air conditioning is present in the main room and in the bedroom.



The bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size bed & has large storage & a television. It is arranged like a master suite with an open bathroom on the bedroom.



The bathroom is quite narrow, equipped with a vanity unit and a shower. The toilet is in a separate closed room from the living room with the washing machine.



Direct access from the airport by Tramway line 2, the Garibaldi/Le Chateau stop is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.



Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
