• 1 master suite on the ground floor with 140 cm double bed and air conditioning

Upstairs:

• 1 bedroom with 140 cm double bed

• 1 bedroom with bunk beds (140 cm lower bed, 90 cm upper bed), ideal for children

Fully equipped kitchen:

• Dishwasher, microwave, hob, refrigerator

• Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine

Bright living room with flat-screen TV

Outdoor areas:

• Private terrace with dining table, sun loungers, outdoor lounge and plancha grill

• Air conditioning in the master bedroom (ground floor)

• Bathroom upstairs and separate toilet on the ground floor

• Free Wi-Fi connection



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire villa, the furnished terrace, the residence’s heated pool (from 1 April to 31 October), the private parking space and the outdoor bicycle parking area.

The La Dune residence is a quiet, secure residential complex. It is a 7-minute walk from the beach and only 10 minutes by car from the centre of Valras-Plage. Béziers and its shopping area are around 20 minutes away.



Getting Around:

• Casino Beach accessible on foot

• Markets, restaurants, bakeries and cafés nearby

• Activities available: watersports, hiking, cycling, family outings

• Possible excursions to Béziers, local wine routes and surrounding villages

Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
