This 30 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor (no lift), can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)

• Living room with sofa bed and TV

• Equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, electric hobs, mini oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker

• Bathroom with bathtub and toilet

• Air conditioning in the living room

• 12 m² terrace with garden furniture

• Shared pool (open from 1 May to 21 September)

• Private parking space included



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Self check-in via key box or personalised welcome, depending on your arrival time.

Weekly rentals only, from Saturday to Saturday.

Located in the Casino district of Valras, 50 m from the beach and directly opposite: mini-market, bakery, newsagent, restaurants and ice-cream shop.

Everything is within walking distance for a car-free stay.



Getting Around:

• Beach: 1 min on foot

• Town centre: 5 min on foot

• Béziers train station: 20 min by car

• Béziers–Cap d’Agde Airport: 15 min by car

• Public car parks nearby: not necessary, as a private space is included

Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
