• Bathroom with bathtub or shower (can be specified on request)

• Shared pool in the residence (access depending on the season)



Guest Access:

Secure access via automatic gate.

A private parking space is reserved for you inside the residence.

Everything can be done on foot: beach 1 minute away, shops 30 seconds away.



The Neighborhood:

The residence is ideally located opposite a mini-market, bakery, newsagent and several restaurants, in a quiet area just a short walk from the seafront.

Security deposit required
