• Second shower room with toilet on the 3rd floor

• Laundry room with washing machine on the 2nd floor



Guest Access:

Guests have access to their private room as well as the shared common areas.

Self check-in possible via a secure key box.

Right in the heart of Béziers, just a few steps from shops, restaurants and public transport stops. A lively and convenient area where you can do everything on foot.



Getting Around:

• Béziers train station: 10 min on foot

• Place de la Madeleine: 5 min on foot

• Beaches (Valras-Plage): 20 min by car

• Béziers–Cap d’Agde Airport: 15 min

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
