The apartment is located in a luxury residence: Le Plazza, with unobstructed views of the Tourist Office gardens and the sea.
The apartment has been refurbished (furniture, kitchen, bedding, appliances, decor, bathroom, heating). It includes a living room with an
open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with a balcony overlooking the courtyard (a 160 cm bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds in the children's bedroom), a separate toilet, and a shower room.
Your apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator.
You have a private parking space in the building's courtyard (automatic opening).


But the spectacular "plus" is its sea view. You only have to cross one street to be at the beach.
On this large balcony, you can enjoy lunch for 6 people. A parasol, 2 sun loungers,
and 1 beach chair are at your disposal.

The center of the charming village and all its amenities are a 2-minute walk away.

In addition to strolling on the vast beach of low tide, which will take you to the Vaches Noires cliff, famous for its countless fossils, you can meander on foot or by bike along the paths of the Villers marsh, observing the rich fauna, with a stop at the Paléospace.
