Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. Accommodation: A major project is currently underway at the Orres 1800 (on the former Terre Rouge public parking lot).This work, independent of our will and likely to impact this housing, could generate noise (daytime) and visual nuisances (with the presence of cranes).The Agence des Orres offers this modern and warm apartment of 37 m2 that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideally located on the 2nd floor of the residence "Les Silènes" in the residence Les Hauts de Préclaux in the heart of the 1800 Orres, a few steps from all the shops (restaurants, superette, bakery, souvenir shops and local products...), activities and entertainment of the resort.The apartment consists of an entrance with storage leading to the night corner with two single beds 80 x 190 cm. The living room has a double sofa bed, a TV, a high table with bar stools for 6 guests; and an open and very well equipped kitchen: oven, ceramic glass hob, hood, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, etc... Stay connected even during your holiday thanks to the internet access provided with this accommodation.In the double room you can enjoy a quality bedding with a 160 x 200 cm mattress, a TV and a large dressing room. A bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet will also be at your disposal.For a moment of relaxation, enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness room (open in season only summer and winter). A private ski box to store your ski gear will also be at your disposal. You will reach the slopes and the Orres 1800 snow front by crossing the square just a few meters from the ski locker.For a hassle-free stay, consider booking a parking space in the underground parking lot of the residence, allowing direct access by the elevator to your apartment (to be booked from the agency, in addition and subject to availability).
