The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Roquebrune-sur-Argens offers you this charming 150 m² air-conditioned house with sea view and private swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 70 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 150 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Garden level:
- A fully-equipped outdoor kitchen (barbecue, plancha, pizza oven)
- Games room with pool table and double sofa bed
- Separate WC
- Outdoor shower

Second floor:
- A 70 m² living room with sofa and dining area
- A first-floor terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm weather
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, hob...

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower)
- Bedroom 2 and 3 : with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private, unheated 3mx7m swimming pool, open all year round. Outdoor furniture is also available (3-seater sofa with two armchairs, 8 deckchairs, outdoor table with 10 chairs, hammock, dart board...).
- The house is surrounded by 150 m² of private, enclosed green space.

The house is ideally located in Les Issambres (Roquebrune-sur-Argens), in a very pleasant and quiet environment. Nearby (1.5 km) you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 3 vehicles).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train stations: Saint Raphaël Valescure / Les Arcs Draguignan about 12 km away.
- Nearest airports: Nice / Toulon approx. 75 km away.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
