We offer for rent this beautiful apartment, ideal for a family stay as it can accommodate up to 6 people, just steps away from Place Garibaldi, an emblematic square in the Côte d'Azur capital.



The apartment is through-facing, benefiting from two outdoor spaces: a running balcony on the street side accessible from the first bedroom (and living room) & a lovely terrace on the courtyard side accessible from the two other bedrooms to enjoy Nice's sunshine during your stay.



The accommodation is located on the first floor of a residential building in the République neighborhood, which is relatively quiet, in immediate proximity to the port where you'll find excellent regional restaurants & food shops.



The apartment is laid out as follows:



- You'll enter a small hallway decorated warmly to immediately feel welcomed as at home.

- The first room on your right is the independent and fully equipped kitchen. It has the following equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction plates, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.

- On the left, you have the living area with dining space (dining table & chairs) and the living room with sofa, Smart TV, WiFi connection & access to the street-side running balcony.

- You then take the corridor serving bedrooms & bathrooms. The first bedroom, equipped with a standard double bed 140x190, gives access to the street-side balcony, is fitted with double glazing to preserve calm, and includes a desk & storage spaces (wardrobe, dresser).

- The next room is a bathroom with a spacious shower & a double-sink vanity. The apartment also has a separate toilet, then a second bathroom including a second toilet, a shower & a single-sink vanity.

- The next two bedrooms are relatively identical with storage spaces & equipped with standard double beds 140x190 (with a desk in one of them), overlooking a lovely terrace on the courtyard side.



You can easily reach the apartment from Nice airport by taking tramway line 2 towards Port Lympia to Garibaldi station, located 8 minutes walk from the accommodation. Less than two minutes walk away, you can also easily take tramway line 1 from the "République" station.



The products made available during your stay are welcome products to facilitate your arrival; we do not guarantee they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay.



N.B.: The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning; we will provide large fans for the summer season.
