A first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a bathroom with a bathtub and an independent toilet. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a freezer, a toaster, crockery, and the necessary equipment for cooking. You will have access to the upstairs where you will discover the second bedroom with a Queen Size bed also with a shower room and an independent toilet. You will also have a space with a TV, games, as well as a desk and a library ideal if you wish to work remotely. A sofa bed is also available if you need additional sleeping accommodation. You will also find two terraces with furniture to enjoy to the fullest as well as an electric barbecue.
A parking space is available in front of the house.
For the safety of the property, an alarm with a camera is present in the living room facing the entrance door, but it is deactivated during rentals to preserve the privacy of the tenants.
