## Access

The keys can be collected and made available in an outdoor key box (MasterLock) at the LOGEAZUR Golfe Juan agency 6 Av de la Gare 06220 Vallauris (No supplement)

Please note: The swimming pool in this condominium is open from the end of May/beginning of June to the end of September/beginning of October. We are not able to know the precise dates. If the swimming pool is a must for you, please request it directly and expressly before any reservation. We also remind you that during your stay the swimming pool may be closed for a few days for maintenance that is not our responsibility. No refund will be taken into account in the event of closure

## Neighborhood

Golfe-Juan is one of the seaside resorts that is still preserved, with a "village and family" atmosphere and fine sandy beaches. There are also two ports: the Camille-Rayon port, a marina where yachts and pleasure boats rub shoulders, and an old port that shelters the boats of fishermen, boaters and the nautical club.

Napoleon I landed on March 1, 1815 in Golfe-Juan, returning from his first exile on the island of Elba, at the beginning of the Hundred Days. The Napoleon route begins there.

Golfe-Juan should not be confused with Juan-les-Pins, another seaside resort on the Côte d'Azur, which is part of the neighboring commune of Antibes. Golfe-Juan is located between Cannes and Antibes, about 5 km from both communes, and 20 km from Nice-Côte d'Azur airport.

The town is served by the Golfe-Juan-Vallauris train station, on the TER Cannes-Nice-Vintimille line, by bus line 200 (Lignes d'Azur Nice-Cannes) and by lines 8 and 20 (Envibus network).

Golfe-Juan has a typical Mediterranean climate, where frosts are almost non-existent, and where the sun shines more than 300 days a year. Many mimosas, palm trees, orange trees, and laurels adorn the seaside resort.

## Transit

You will reach NICE airport in 25 minutes, you can also take advantage of the direct bus lines 200, 250, 8 and 18 at the "square nabonnand" stops.

On foot:
- 12 minutes from the port
- 5 minutes from Juan-Les-Pins beach
- 12 minutes from the seaside restaurants

By car:
- NICE airport: 25 minutes
- Antibes City Center: 15 minutes
- Golfe-Juan City Center: 3 minutes
- Cannes: 15 minutes
