A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, a ceramic hob with 4 burners and an oven, a microwave, small electrical appliances (kettle, filter coffee maker plus Nespresso, kettle, etc.) appliances and all the crockery and cutlery you'll need, plus a griddle for outdoor cooking.
The kitchen leads out onto the covered terrace, which has a large dining table and a lounge area with outdoor furniture (sofa, armchairs and chilienne).
The main room has a sitting area with television, and a dining area if you wish to enjoy your meals indoors, which also opens onto the covered terrace.
Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, plus a 2nd fridge-freezer.
