The accommodation consists of:

- A LIVING AREA: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, ideal for your evenings in front of the television, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking.

- A PEACEFUL BEDROOM: A standard bed (140x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax in a spacious walk-in shower. Towels are provided.

- A BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE TERRACE: Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings with friends on the beautiful furnished terrace.


## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire flat to yourself so you can feel right at home.

INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN: You can check in independently from 3 p.m. using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 2 hours before your arrival.

PARKING: The accommodation has one parking space.

AVAILABILITY: Although arrival is self-guided, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by telephone until 11 p.m. in case of emergency.

## Neighbourhood

This is a quiet residential and commercial area, a 1-minute walk from the heart of Le Teich.
The port and bird sanctuary are less than a 5-minute walk away.
The train station, bakery, laundrette and restaurant are all nearby.
There is a local market on Saturday mornings in the church square.

It is the ideal starting point for all your urban adventures, whether you are here for tourism, business or a romantic getaway.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbourhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any departure between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of £10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include the complete cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorised.
