To live an authentic Nice experience during your stay, nothing beats this apartment to immerse yourself in the heart of its old town & colorful streets. You will be located just steps away from the iconic Rossetti Square, but also just a few minutes from the beach & the Promenade des Anglais.



Please note, the apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator in an old building in the old town, therefore it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.



The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped & nicely decorated so you feel comfortable for a short stay or a longer visit to the Riviera capital. It is suitable for 4 people with a sofa bed in the living room.



It is arranged as follows:

- You enter the apartment through the entrance hallway with a large walk-in closet including a washing machine at your disposal during your stay.

- The hallway first leads to the left to separate toilets with a hand basin, then to the bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink unit & towel dryer.

- On the right, the hallway opens to another room, the spacious bedroom with storage closets. It has a Queen size bed (160x200 size). The bedroom is nicely enhanced with a glass roof to enjoy the apartment's brightness, and at night you have an electric blackout blind to sleep peacefully & create a real separation from the living room sleeping area.

- The hallway finally leads to the living area: first arranged with a living room corner featuring a Smart TV with Netflix app included, WiFi connection, & a sofa that can be unfolded into a bed to accommodate 2 additional people (160x200 mattress).

- You will then have a dining space with table & chairs for 4 place settings.

- Finally, at the back of the room you will find the fitted kitchen with: dishwasher, induction hobs, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster...



You will be in the heart of authentic Nice life, close to its food shops, small craft boutiques, the local producers' market Cours Saleya or the legendary Promenade des Anglais just steps away.



This strategic location will allow you to easily discover Nice on foot, or even by public transport. You will be located just 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral-Old Town tramway station of line 1 or 8 minutes walk from the Garibaldi station of line 2 connecting Nice airport & port.
