Garden furniture under a canopy with tables and chairs; griddle and barbecue. Table tennis, pétanque balls. In the Coly Valley, 14 km from the Lascaux Cave, 27 km from Sarlat, and close to beautiful villages (St-Genies, St-Amand-de-Coly, Condat-sur-Vézère, Fanlac, etc.), prehistoric and troglodytic sites in the Vézère Valley, the medieval town and the Gardens of the Imagination in Terrasson, and the Eyrignac Gardens, this very comfortable Périgord-style stone house is situated in a quiet area near other houses and is the starting point for numerous hiking trails. It features a large enclosed courtyard, a small wood, and a lawn at the rear.

The decor is warm and tasteful. Baby equipment includes a high chair, travel cot, baby bath, toilet seat reducer, sandbox, and rocking horse. A well-stocked library (literature and detective novels) is also available.

The price includes: Linens, towels, and household linens; mid-stay cleaning; and water. Gas and electricity included.
