This 1st-floor apartment (without elevator) comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with a bunk bed (2x90x190), a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a living room opening onto the kitchen, which includes a pull-out sofa bed (2x90x190), a television, a dining table, and a furnished terrace facing the sea. The kitchen includes a microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a small freezer. Two heated swimming pools (open from April to the end of September, weather permitting).
