The “Club Royal Océan la Prade” development, where your home is located, is very quiet and comprises 50 villas with large gardens and swimming pools, close to the large Moliets international golf course. The villa is a 10-minute bike ride from a beautiful beach, the “Chênes Lièges”, a secluded “green” beach, and the bike path to get there runs alongside the Moliets International Golf Course: everything can be done without a car, quietly and serenely. A second beach, just a 10-minute bike ride away, is Moliets' “central” beach, a livelier area of bars and restaurants, so you can choose according to your mood of the day!
The famous Vélodysée, the long-distance cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, is just 5 minutes away and offers easy rides through pine forests.
At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maâ epitomizes the oceanic charm of the Landes coast. Nestling behind dunes and maritime pine forests, this seaside resort offers a wild coastline, long golden sandy beaches, waves to delight surfers and Landes landscapes of undeniable beauty.
