Old House with high ceilings adorned with original moldings has been totally renovated in order to retain all the charm of the era in which it was built, without neglecting the modern comfort of an extra large shower or a fully equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the city for BBQ evenings or just enjoy after a day at the beach. You enter the house via a large marble staircase. On the first level, you will find the large and bright living room, the kitchen, a beautiful dining room and the first bedroom. On the terrace level you have the second bedroom with its small bathroom and a summer kitchen, very practical to prepare the barbecue with a view on the roofs of the city. It is located 5 minutes walk from the historic center and 10 minutes on foot from the boats that take you to our beautiful islands: Armona, Culatra, Farol and Deserta. The property is not suitable for children as there are 2 bedrooms at this property. One bedroom is on the ground floor and another bedroom is on the second floor, on the terrace. For this reason, the house is not suitable for children, there is this separation of rooms.
