Final cleaning is extra, priced at €75.
A security deposit of €1000 is required upon arrival.

The deposit is 25%.
The house must be returned in impeccable condition, including the kitchen area, and the trash must be emptied.
The keys must be returned to the agency by 10 am on the day of departure.
Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
