The villa offers a warm and functional interior. The living room, pleasant and bright, is fitted out with a dining area, a sofa, a coffee table and a television, creating a friendly space to share good moments with family or friends. The kitchen area, open and fully equipped, allows you to stay independently thanks to complete equipment and numerous storage spaces.



The night space consists of three well-arranged bedrooms. Two rooms each have a double bed of 160 cm with storage, while the third bedroom is equipped with bunk beds, ideal for children. A bathroom with a shower and washbasin completes the set, along with independent toilets for added comfort.



Outside, the villa offers a pleasant terrace fitted with a garden lounge and plancha, perfect for outdoor meals and summer evenings. The enclosed garden of approximately 300 m² is a true asset, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful days in complete tranquillity, in the heart of Lacanau Océan. The WIFI connection is included, which is appreciable for extended stays.
