In the peaceful countryside near Carnac, a large 5-room house (approx. 100m²) for 9 people, with a large garden (approx. 5000m²) and two ponds:

Entrance hall, separate WC, a fully equipped, semi-open kitchen with a breakfast bar (4-burner electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher) opening onto a living room with a dining area (table and chairs) and a lounge area (sofa, TV, fireplace) leading onto a south-facing terrace (garden furniture) which in turn opens onto a large garden with two ponds.

Upstairs: three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm, duvet), one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (140cm + 120cm, duvets), a bathroom, separate WC (washing machine).

Swimming in the ponds is prohibited and is the responsibility of the tenants.

Located on the road to Plouharnel and Carnac, 7km from the beaches, 4km from shops and the center of Plouharnel, and 5km from Carnac town.
