The Secret of Saint-Cyprien is a large stone house, nestled in a dead end lane of the picturesque village of Saint Cyprien, in the Golden Triangle of the Black Perigord. Although all the shops and amenities of the village are on your door step, the house is perfectly quiet.

Having just been completely renovated, the Secret of Saint-Cyprien combines the charm of its beautiful stone walls and exposed beams to the comfort of a modern equipment, including new quality bedding.

Rare in the heart of a medieval village, the house enjoys a large and beautiful private terrace, ideal to lunch outside and enjoy long evenings under the stars.

Organized on two levels, the house offers on the ground floor:
* A large open kitchen perfectly equipped with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils in generous number.
Its dining area with table and 6 seats allow you to dine inside.
A laundry area with washing machine is available in thgat room.
* Few steps lead to the first double bedroom, elegantly furnished with a large double bed in 160cmx200cm, bedside tables, built in closet and a large clothes rack. Its glassed door gives access to the front of the house and the terrace area.
* Adjacent is a shower room with a shower and a wash basin
* There are toilet at that level

The wooden staircase leads to the first floor where are elegantly arranged:
* A cosy living room with a new sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and large flat screen TV, arranged around the splendid stone fireplace (for decorative use only).
* The second bedroom offers two single 90cmx200cm beds that can be joined to form a large double bed, two bedside tables and chest with drawers.
* Three steps lead down to a third bedroom with a double bed in 160cmx200cm, a small book-shelves, and built in closet and an armchair
* Adjacent, the second shower room has a shower and a washbasin
* Separate toilet also completes this level.

OUTDOOR:

* Rare in the heart of the village, the Secret de Saint-Cyprien enjoys a large private terrace equipped with an iron table, six seats and a gas plancha for lunch outdoors.
* The garden room invites you to relax and to long aperitifs at the return of so many excursions offered by the immediate surroundings.

Thanks to its strategic geographical position, at the crossroads of the Dordogne and Vézère valleys, Saint-Cyprien is the ideal place from which to explore the tourist attractions of the Dordogne: the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Milandes, the listed villages of Domme, La Roque Gageac, Belves, the splendid medieval town of Sarlat, jewels of the Black Perigord classified by UNESCO, the caves of Lascaux, Proumeyssac... there is so much to see and do in the immediate vicinity.

All local shops, including an excellent bakery/ pastry and the superb market on the Sunday mornings, a real feast for the senses, where stalls are full of fresh local products and Perigord specialties are at your doorstep.

The Dordogne river to swim in is only 2km away.
